Full Itinerary

We offer two departures daily: **09:00 AM** or **02:00 PM**. The tour lasts approximately 3 hours.

Cayma & Yanahuara:
The journey begins in the district of Cayma at the **Carmen Alto Lookout**. This spot offers a stunning view of Arequipa’s valley, the Chili River, and the three volcanoes. We then move to the **Yanahuara District** to see its famous ashlar portals and the beautiful mestizo baroque church.

Fierro Bridge & Sachaca:
We will pass by the **Fierro Bridge**, an impressive iron structure designed by **Gustave Eiffel**. Next, we head to the **Sachaca Lookout**, the highest point in the city, providing a 360-degree view of the entire Arequipa countryside and urban landscape.

The Founder’s Mansion:
We visit the **Mansión del Fundador**, a grand colonial estate where the son of the city’s founder lived. Interestingly, this mansion served as a headquarters for the Chilean army during the War of the Pacific.

Sabandía & Paucarpata:
The tour continues to the town of Sabandía to visit the **Sabandía Water Mill**. Built in the colonial era, this hydraulic mill was used for centuries to grind grain. Finally, we visit **Paucarpata** to observe its perfectly preserved pre-Inca agricultural terraces before returning to the city.
