Our journey begins at the prestigious **Tacama Winery**, considered the oldest in South America. We will tour their state-of-the-art facilities, including the iconic bell tower. From the top, you can admire the vast 200-hectare plantation featuring twenty different varieties of grapes. We will visit the wine cellars to learn about the fermentation process and the production zones for their award-winning Pisco.

Artisanal Traditions:
Next, we shift our focus to the traditional side of Ica at **”El Catador”** and **”Tres Generaciones”**. These famous cellars preserve the soul of Peruvian Pisco production. You will see the traditional winepress (prensa) and learn about the artisanal distillation and fermentation zones. It is a unique chance to see how Pisco is made the way it was centuries ago.

City Sightseeing & Return:
