We begin at **6:45 AM** with a pickup from your hotel to the Port of Puno. We board a motorboat to the **Uros Floating Islands** (25 minutes away). There are over 65 islands, and we will visit two. Your guide will explain the history and unique reed-construction methods of these ancestral homes. You will have time to talk with the locals and see their handicrafts.

You will be warmly received by your host families, who will take you to their homes for an authentic overnight stay. After lunch with your family, you can enjoy activities at the white sand beach of Karina: sport fishing, kayaking, mountain biking, or even a swim in the 10°C crystalline waters of the lake. Dinner is included with your host family.

Day 2: Luquina – Taquile Island – Puno

After breakfast with your hosts, we sail to **Taquile Island**, famous for its «Textile Art» which is protected by UNESCO. Taquile preserves strong Inca and colonial traditions.
